The Superior 365 app at a glance

This section explains what the Superior 365 app collects and how it is handled. The full SRS Privacy Policy below applies to the app as well.

What the app collects

  • Account details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, and the address and ZIP code of the property on your membership. Your password is held by our secure sign in provider and is never visible to SRS.
  • Membership details: your plan, membership dates, and which included benefits you have used.
  • Service requests: the type of request, how urgent it is, any note you write, and any photos you choose to attach.
  • Referrals: the name of a neighbor you choose to refer.
  • Records SRS adds for your property: inspection reports and photos, your Roof Health Score, appointments, and documents such as claim or warranty paperwork.
  • Your real estate agent, if SRS adds them to your membership or you enter your agent's code. The app shows you their name, photo, brokerage and contact details, which the agent has approved. Your agent cannot see anything in the app, and SRS does not share your information with them. You can remove your agent from the app at any time.
  • A notification token, only if you allow notifications, so we can send storm alerts and appointment reminders to your phone.
  • A security log of sign ins and changes to your records, kept for 13 months, so we can protect your account and investigate problems.

If you are a real estate agent

Agent accounts hold the profile you enter: your name, photo, title, brokerage, license number, phone, email, website and bio, along with a share code. Superior Roofing Specialists reviews each profile before it appears in any member's app. Your name, title and brokerage are shown on a public page to anyone who has your code. You see how many members are linked to you, never who they are or anything about their homes. You can ask us to remove your profile at any time by emailing info@srsokc.com.

What the app does not do

The app does not use your location. Storm alerts are matched to the property address on your membership. The app does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, shows no advertising, and does not sell your information. Your photo library is only opened when you choose a photo to attach, and the camera is only used when you choose to take a picture.

How it is used

To run your membership: showing your roof records, scheduling inspections and service, sending storm alerts and appointment reminders, and responding to your requests.

Who helps us run it

Supabase hosts the app's database, sign in and file storage. OneSignal delivers push notifications. Encrypted backups are stored with Cloudflare. These providers process information only to provide their service to SRS.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app: open the menu and choose Delete account. This removes your name, email address, phone number, notification token and sign in, clears the notes you wrote on service requests, and deletes your referrals and reminders. The property address, inspection records and roof photos are kept as part of that property's service history, no longer linked to you by name. Encrypted backups are kept for 30 days and then permanently removed. You can also ask us to delete your information by emailing info@srsokc.com.

If SRS offers text message communications and you voluntarily opt in, SRS may use your mobile telephone number to send service related communications, appointment information, updates, notifications, responses to inquiries, or other communications for which you have provided consent.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing products or services from SRS. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless provider and mobile plan. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to an applicable SRS text message. You may request assistance by replying HELP, where supported.

Where applicable law requires SRS to recognize a particular privacy preference signal, SRS will process that signal as required by law.

If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice when required or appropriate, such as posting a prominent notice on our website or in the app, or contacting affected individuals.
