I downloaded the app but it won't let me sign in.
The Kinetic Management Portal is invite-only. You need an account issued by Kinetic Management. If you're an existing client and didn't get an invite, email Craig and we'll send one over.
I lost my password.
Email Craig and we'll send you a new sign-in link.
I'm not getting push notifications.
Open Settings on your phone → Notifications → Kinetic Management Portal → make sure notifications are allowed. Inside the app, go to More → Settings to confirm your notification preferences are turned on.
How do I pay an invoice?
Open the Invoices tab in the app, tap the invoice, then tap one of the pay buttons (PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo). Those open the respective app or browser to complete payment.
How do I sign a contract?
Open the Contracts tab, tap the contract, scroll to the signature area, and draw your signature with your finger. Tap Sign & save when done.
